Hello everyone 👋🏼 I’m Jessica Jones, proud owner of Elite Retreat. For those who are new here, I just thought I’d re introduce myself and let you know a little bit about myself and Elite Retreat.
I’m 31 years old and a mum of three – my eldest daughter is 9, and I also have 2-year-old twin girls who keep me on my toes! One of the greatest joys of building this business is the freedom it’s given me to balance a career I’m passionate about with family life. 💛

My journey began over a decade ago, training in a fabulous salon in Merthyr Tydfil, where I gained over 10 years of experience in the hair industry. Since then, Elite Retreat has become more than just a salon – it’s a welcoming space where clients can truly relax, feel at home, and leave looking and feeling their absolute best. ✨

We offer a wide range of tailored treatments under one roof – from our viral TikTok-famous scalp spa “Water Halo” treatments, bespoke colouring and precision cutting, to luxury facials, brows, lashes, pedicures and gel polish. Every service is carried out with care, using high-quality products and the benefit of years of knowledge and expertise.

But what truly sets Elite Retreat apart is the atmosphere. While we’re passionate about delivering flawless results and maintaining high standards, we’re also laid-back, friendly, and love a good laugh with our clients. We want everyone who walks through our doors to feel comfortable, welcome, and part of our little family. 💆‍♀️💖

I’m also lucky to have two incredible girls working alongside me on a self-employed basis – together we make up the Elite Retreat dream team. I’ll be reintroducing them individually this week so you can get to know the faces behind the magic.
