On the journey of growth often we start out defensive - so hearing people’s feedback can be a trigger to us.

The good news as we grow we can sit and hear (from the people closest to us) the patterns that we engage with..

Often these patterns are from a younger version of self and they maybe not serving the new version that we are growing into..

What patterns do you play into?

Emotional spirals have been mine- where I get triggered- end up spiralling into a loop of old emotions that are not serving me but weirdly feel safe! But also disconnected.
