Total Care Services We provide Care Support Workers and Registered Nursing Staff throughout South Wales to various care

We are an Agency who provide care assistants and nurses into care homes across South Wales. Their role in these homes is to support the residents and the staff during periods of staff shortages, sickness and holidays. This support is generally 12hr shifts day or night and could be in a residential or nursing environment; supported living or providing 1:1 support within a care home environment. Along with being able to provide a quality standard of care, Agency staff also have the personality and confidence to be able to walk into a new environment and support individuals in a calm and friendly manner. We offer training to acquire the skills and knowledge to work within the care sector, and work with an individual’s availability and locality to be able to place support in homes that are short staffed.
