Please be aware that access to the building will be restricted on Thursday, 4th December in the morning. We kindly ask that you only attend the surgery if you have a pre-booked appointment. You may be guided to the rear entrance.
For all other queries, please contact us by phone 01526 320522.

If you need to collect medication, we would appreciate it if you could do so in the afternoon.

🚧 Upcoming Building Works at Church Walk Surgery 🚧

Starting 4th December, Church Walk Surgery will be undergoing building works to improve our facilities.

These improvements will include an additional clinic room, as well as disabled access and a new accessible toilet, all within the current building footprint.

The work will begin in the waiting room, and we apologise in advance for any disruption this may cause.

If you have any accessibility needs, please let us know so we can ensure your visit remains as comfortable and safe as possible. 💙♿
