Holistic Reflexology -This Ancient tradition activates the body's natural healing process through gentle massage and applying light pressure to specific reflex points to the feet. The principle is that the feet represent a map of our bodies and any congestion and tension found in the feet mirror this in the corresponding part of the body. The feet are worked and manipulated to help the 'whole' person rather than just the symptoms. It is a therapy to calm and relax your whole being, to relieve stress and clear energy pathways, breaking down blockages in the system, removing waste and toxins from the body and, as a result, helping the body to self heal. It is advised to have reflexology regularly to keep the body, mind and spirit healthy and at its optimum. A deeply healing therapy, recommended for maintaining Life balance and Well being. £35 an hr for adults, £15.50 per half an hr for children.

The reflexology I offer is a holistic approach and treats the whole person not just the physical and helps to keep the mind, body and spirit at its optimum. This Ancient tradition activates the body's natural healing process through gentle massage and applying light pressure to specific reflex points to the feet. It is a therapy to calm and relax your whole being, to relieve stress and clear energy pathways, breaking down blockages in the system, removing waste and toxins from the body, helping the body to self heal. It is particularly beneficial for pain relief, stress reduction and restoring sleep patterns. A deeply healing therapy.

Adults first session: £40 for an hour & 15 mins. Further sessions one hour: £38.

Children: £15 per half hour for children.
