We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced manager (2 years management experience minimum), to join our fab team!
The Practice Manager is responsible for the day-to-day running of the clinic’s operations, leading administrative and therapy staff, supporting clinical workflows, and ensuring the delivery of excellent client service. This is a leadership role that combines operations, HR, and team coordination with a strong understanding of healthcare services.
There is a big emphasis on clinic growth. The candidate will have proven experience in growing, managing and leading a team to proven success. The role will be performance based, measured via KPI’s.
Skills & Experience:
Required:
- 2+ years experience in a management or team leadership role (healthcare or wellness preferred but not essential)
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient with technology (e.g., practice management software, spreadsheets, scheduling tools)
- Experience interpreting monthly management accounts, inlcluding profit / loss, using this data to shape future strategy.
- Experience and understanding the psychology of creating team culture and individual motivation.
Desirable:
- Experience working in a private practice, clinic, or allied health setting
- Knowledge of basic HR practices, scheduling, and finance
- Familiarity with physiotherapy/massage/ class workflows

This role will include a basic salary (dependent on experience), plus commission, based on practice performance.
