Take 5 ☀️🌷

This afternoon the Moko fam hit pause, banned the work chat and got out for a feel-good stroll to soak up some early spring sunshine together. Fresh air, blooming flowers and plenty of laughs. Then back to HQ to scoff delicious home-made bakes (well some were 😇) - the perfect reset. 😌

STOP SCROLLING 🌸✨ Spring is here and our timetable has had a little glow-up!

As the days get brighter, it’s the perfect time to move more, feel stronger and boost your energy 💪 We’ve added even MORE classes to help you do just that — including extra Strength sessions (with dedicated classes for new Mums and over 60s), plus brand new Saturday morning Pilates & Yoga to start your weekend feeling amazing 🧘‍♀️

There are a couple of small time tweaks and a little refresh to some of Liz’s class names, so have a peek 👀

A little heads up — new prices come into effect from 1st March. You can still grab class blocks at the current prices before then (and remember, you’ve got 12 months to use them 🙌).

Vinyasa Flow with Liam Firth
🗓 Saturdays 9-10am (Starting this week!)

This welcoming class is open to everyone - including beginners. The lovely Liam will guide you through accessible postures, with optional challenges if you’d like to explore a little more. No pressure, no judgement - just space to move, breathe and feel good in your body.

It’s finally here… 💛✨

By popular demand, our brand NEW Mum Strong class is launching this March - and we couldn’t be more excited!

🗓 Mondays 1.30-2.15pm (Starting 2nd March)

Led by Suzie , our lovely pre & postnatal exercise specialist, Mum Strong is a supportive small group class designed to help you feel stronger, more confident and energised.

We’ll focus on:
✨ Full body strength
✨ Core stability
✨ Pelvic floor strength
✨ Functional movements for everyday mum life - lifting, carrying, pushing & moving with ease

Every exercise is adaptable, so whether you’re just getting back into movement or ready to challenge yourself, you’ll feel supported every step of the way. Suitable from 6 weeks post birth (12 weeks post C-section).

This class is all about YOU – a chance to work hard, feel amazing after, and enjoy some well-deserved time to yourself 💕 (Please note babies aren’t able to attend this class.)

Meet Liz, Moko’s 5 ⭐️ Personal Trainer! 👋🏻

Liz is an extremely knowledgeable, experienced and friendly personal trainer, who helps Moko’s community reach their fitness goals, either 1:1 or via small group training.

Her classes are hugely popular at Moko, helping individuals of all abilities, from a beginners class in ‘strong foundations,’ progressing through the light weights in ‘studio strong,’ to challenging those in the gym with the perfect start to your day for a 7am ‘gym strong’ class.

She also shares her expertise by delivering workshops and teaching individuals how to become personal trainers.

For Liz, PT, training and education is about the people, listening, making people feel comfortable and helping them to achieve something. She believes “a person’s wellbeing and state of mind is so important and if I can help someone achieve their next goal, feel more confident or just a little bit happier about life in some way then that makes me happy.”
