What a fabulous weekend organised and orchestrated by the fabulous Liz from , I’m forever grateful 🙏🏻. Loved having the opportunity to share a guided meditation, lemurian light language and a creative vision board session as part of this fabulous retreat. Will share some photos of the vision boards, all wonderful and unique, in my next post.

As most of you know, I’ve taken some time out from my work in order to address my own healing needs over these last few months. I can’t channel higher frequency energy if I’m not able to shift myself into that state.
I’m starting to move in new directions for 2025, however as I have many returning clients I’d like to continue the offering of healing sessions should you feel called to receive. I’ll post more updates when everything gets changed over. I’m including more music and meditations that I’ve been sharing in my online groups. Can’t wait for the next chapter 🥰🙏🏻.

Have you been called to work with the Angels? Working with their energy has countless benefits that run so deep, you can’t help but feel their wondrous love filled light.

For some people, training to do Angelic Reiki is answering a personal call, they are looking for more peace, clarity and comfort within a deeper layer of themselves. For others, they’d like to offer it as a treatment, either in combination with another or on its own.

This process of attunement is as much about clearing as it is being attuned to the energy. These clearings are powerful, beyond anything I’ve experienced before and therefore allows you to work as a clear channel for the angelic frequencies.

Great fun yesterday at the mind, body spirit event held at clay cross social centre. Met lots of people, including other stall holders as well as those that came to see me for a taster reading and/or angelic reiki healing.

Intuitive Arts Practitioner, Energy Healer & Spritual Teacher

Hello and welcome to The Creative You - my name is Sally-Anne Marler and I’m an a qualified Creative Expressive Arts Therapist (BA Hons), Intuitive, Empath, Energy Healer and Spiritual Teacher.

My mission is to inspire and empower empaths, old souls and starseeds to to fully embrace their creative power, intuitive gifts and access soul wisdom whilst learning how heal life and soul lessons and to come home to the authentic self.

I found a way to heal and connect to my soul’s wisdom using the creative expressive arts process (art, music, movement, poetry). I connected to my inner world that had been forgotten and rejected - my creative and authentic centre and soul - to gently bring awareness to my repressed emotions and feelings that held me prisoner to habitual negative thinking and defensive behaviours (ego self) that I had outgrown and were no longer serving me.

I realised that my creative connection was also a spiritual one and found a way to create a clear channel to connect to my intuition, energy, soul and divine self. I was soon flooded with insights, messages, creative urges to write poetry, quotes, music and to nurture any form of expression and heed the wisdom that came to me through these channels and my readings and healings became more insightful and in-depth.

I knew I needed to reach out to others to help them use this as a process and connect in this way to heal from difficult or painful relationships (especially as empaths take on other people’s energy), and work with soul wisdom to cultivate the most important relationship you will ever have - with yourself. This motivated me to set up The Creative You to work with people, placing them firmly at the centre of their own healing journey to connect to their innate creativity, inner world, intuition & sense of self to remember who they are, why they are here, what they are here to learn and how to cultivate the life they want and deserve.

I have developed an online quiz where you can discover your soul type and access all the support and guidance you need. There are soul practices (oracle/affirmation cards), intuitive and creative exercises (intuitive healing journals), workshops, meditations and free downloads for each soul type - you can access this as an online course (I’m currently working on setting this up), or for a 1:1 experience through Soul Energetics™ Coaching, Energy Healing for Empaths, Soul Clarity Card Readings or a Personalised Meditation.
