✔️ Delivering personalised care and emotional support during night shifts
✔️ Supporting adults with complex needs and transitions
✔️ Monitoring wellbeing and responding to overnight incidents
✔️ Maintaining accurate reports and communication logs

💡 Requirements:
✅ Experience in social care or support work (nights preferred)
✅ Knowledge of safeguarding and night duty responsibilities
✅ Ability to work independently and professionally overnight
✅ Enhanced DBS and Right to Work in the UK
