💬 We want to get people talking, especially at work. Knowing how to check in with someone or ask how they are, or to spot the signs if a colleague is struggling, can make a huge difference.

Safe Haven is a nonclinical, trauma-informed service offering immediate support to individuals experiencing mental health crisis or emotional distress.

We're looking to build a compassionate, skilled team to meet the needs of local people and need two strong leaders to help shape and direct the new service.

⛰️ Last month they took on the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge, raising an amazing £1,497.50.

💰 Every penny raised helps us provide vital services that support better mental health across Teesside—from counselling and peer support to community projects that bring people together.

🚶‍♀️ There's more...today, around 15–20 colleagues will be walking from Whitby to Saltburn, continuing their fundraising efforts to make an even bigger difference locally.

Did you know that 57% of all working days lost are mental health related? Or that 51% of all long-term sick leave is due to stress, anxiety or depression?

🚩 To celebrate World Mental Health Day next month, we want to work with as many local businesses and organisations as possible to raise awareness of the importance of good mental health at work.

💙 Our Let’s Talk About It campaign is designed to get you thinking about mental health, the positive impact it can have on your workforce, and to encourage you to support our work by fundraising for us.
