We are back to a normal Monday after the Bank Holiday.
We start the day at 10am at (just under ) for some chair yoga.

At 11:30 I am at Coatham Memorial Hall for the weekly Breathercise class. 30 minutes of gentle seated movement.
At 2:30pm we head over to The Rings Community for a weekly .teesside Chair Yoga class. No need to book, just turn up.
Finish the day off at 6:30pm with the weekly at . Join us for a yoga based workout that blends breathing, yoga positions, calisthenics, and isometric movement, perfect for those who want a bit more energy in their workouts.
