We are back to a normal Monday after the Bank Holiday.

We start the day at 10am at (just under ) for some chair yoga.
Book online through Norton Wellness.

At 11:30 I am at Coatham Memorial Hall for the weekly Breathercise class. 30 minutes of gentle seated movement.

At 2:30pm we head over to The Rings Community for a weekly .teesside Chair Yoga class. No need to book, just turn up.

Finish the day off at 6:30pm with the weekly at . Join us for a yoga based workout that blends breathing, yoga positions, calisthenics, and isometric movement, perfect for those who want a bit more energy in their workouts.

Something a bit more relaxing for the weekend.

Yoga with a Twist class at 9am at . Join me for some breathing, stretching, and balance, setting you up for the day.
Book online. This is a one off class before the next block starts again on April 25th.

Then find me at at 11am for the morning yoga class. Breathing, stretching, and balance, delivered in my own unique way, just with the volume turned down a bit 🤣.

The class is included for members of the leisure club, and £5 for none members.

Join us for a quieter Friday..

At 1:30pm I head over to Grindon Parish Hall for another weekly .teesside Chair Yoga session. Seated movement and stretching, some standing and balance for those up for it, and also watch a mad beardy man dance.
No need to book, just turn up.

And to finish off the day we return to for our Beginner Yoga class at 6:00pm. This is a session open to all levels, but aimed at beginners. We will warm up then break down movements to help you improve. This is a 1off class between blocks, the new block starts on 24th April

Nice mix of classes for Thursday

We start things off with the .teesside Gentle Yoga with a Twist session in Ingleby Barwick Community Hall at 10am. This fun and engaging session will have you moving and balancing, stretching and breathing, and overall having a fun time. We take it easy, but we also throw in some more challenging moves, always encouraging you to work within your own limits, but allowing you to push yourself.

Then at 1:30pm we head over to Egglescliffe Community Centre for the ever popular Chair Yoga class. Gentle seated movement, stretching, and breathing, plus some standing and balance for those who are up for it. We always finish off with some breathing exercises and guided relaxation.
No need to book, just turn up and join in.

And to finish off the day we are at Thornaby Pavilion at 6:30pm for the weekly Yoga/Pilates mashup. This class will challenge your balance, build your strength, improve your flexibility, and strengthen your core.

At 1:30 we head back to North Billingham Methodist Church for the AMALA Chair class. Gentle seated movement, breathing, and balance for those who are up for it.

Body Flow Bootcamp at returns on April 22nd with a new 45minute run time. Block booking is up now.

Finishing the day find me at IB Leisure at 7:30pm for an energetic and fun 45minute class. We will stretch, balance, and work core. Book on the app, website, or at reception.

After tha long weekend we are getting back to normal, starting with being back in Stockton with our .teesside Chair class.

Join us at 1:15pm at Stockton Parish Church Hall (Entrance just opposite Stockton Library) for a chair exercise class that gets you breathing, stretching, moving, and if you are up for it, standing & balancing.

Age is just a number.

At 70 years young is still kicking ass.

Happy Birthday DDP, if it wasn't for you and I would have continued sitting in an office, probably till I retired, but now I get to help people on the regular.
