Reminder Pilates is not on this evening as the Salvation Army are having the carpets cleaned today so have shut the hall for this to dry. 🥳 🥳 Today marks a whole year since starting my physio Pilates classes to compliment my 1:1 work as a physio.
They have grown from a small group of people wanting to give Pilates a whirl into a wonderful community willing to be challenged and develop flexibility, balance and strength they never though possible.
I’m forever grateful to everyone that trusts me with their health and well-being both in classes and 1:1 as a physio and Pilates teacher. Thank you all!
