What a gorgeous afternoon! A sensory explosion 💥 of taste, touch, sound, smell and sight! Everything from spaghetti candy canes, ginger bread men, yoghurt Christmas trees, rice reindeers, edible snow balls and more… the smell of coconut, ginger and cinnamon 🤤

Well done babies and well done parents ♥️ it’s not easy watching your little one dive head first into mess 😂

We run an original programme right here in the Tees Valley, the first club on Teesside to offer these amazing classes, so popular, twice a week.

🥷Friday 4:00-4:50
🥷Saturday 12:00-12:50

Our Ninja Kidz classed are based on agility time trials with work on strength, fitness, coordination, flexibility, gymnastic skills such as tumble, climbing, jumping, swinging, rolling etc. We will use equipment such as trampolines, trampettes, fast track, air track, tumble tracks, ropes, monkey bars, vaults, beams, bars, wall bars, high bar, ninja blocks etc.

Every class starts with a cardio warm up and conditioning set and stretch. Then circuit style tasks with time trials!

🎃 Halloween Messy Play Parties 2022 🎃

We had two sell out parties today and loved spending time with such beautiful little people ☺️

Messy play isn’t for every baby, but it’s such a fantastic sensory development activity… we hope you enjoyed it!

We have Winter and Christmas sessions starting in November, so keep posted for updates 💕

Starting nursery is a really exciting and special time for you and your child, but it can also be quite emotional and anxious. It’s a big step for both of you and being prepared can make all the difference. Why not try using our tips with your child in the run up to them starting.

Is waiting until September too long? Do you need a class sooner to help get your baby into a better sleep routine?

Massage and Yoga may help your baby to sleep as part of their bedtime routine. Research suggests that massaging your baby regularly may help to get their circadian rhythms on track, meaning they’ll sleep more at night and be more active during the day.

✨OPEN TO CLUB AND NON-CLUB MEMBERS ✨

Tees Valley are hosting another set of wonderful Family Gymnastics Stay & Play Parties throughout August, 11:00-2:00pm, at the gym. This is open to children aged 0-11yrs and is an opportunity for your children to play with friends and each other in our lovely centre.

Entry is £6 per child, and we’ll have all of our usual Tees Valley fun with bouncy castles, gymnastics equipment, soft play, swings, ball pool, ride ons and sensory area (for babies) etc. The cafe is open for hot/cold food, drinks and sweet treats, so please feel free to come along, support the club and have a lovely afternoon.

Booking is not required, just pop along from 11:00am, last entry is at 1:00pm.
