I spent the afternoon back at my old stomping ground today for a football performance and rehabilitation conference, with guest speakers from the head of medicine at Newcastle United FC, first team lead S&C at Norwich City FC, head of academy science & conditioning at Middlesbrough FC, and senior S&C at Newcastle Falcons.... Always keep learning! 🙂
