Done a bit of a round trip today from Leeds to Durham catching up with Elaine from The Laurels Clinic and Ashleigh and Sam from Brandon’s Podiatry Clinic in Durham

What a privilege it is to get to collaborate with both clinics, bringing the best professional podiatry services covering all areas.

Looking forward to our CPD days and working alongside these amazing teams.

We gave the keys back today and drove away knowing we made a great clinic with the best of patients.

At Teesside Podiatry Clinic, nail surgery is something we do regularly — it’s a routine part of our clinical work, not an occasional procedure.

All surgeries are carried out:

✔ Under local anaesthetic
✔ In a fully sterile clinical environment
✔ Following strict infection control protocols
✔ By SJ our clinical lead podiatrist who performs nail surgery frequently

We provide:

• Partial nail avulsion
• Total nail avulsion
• Phenolisation OR Sodium Hydroxide (with or without) depending on clinical need

Where appropriate, phenolisation or NaOH helps prevent regrowth of the problematic nail edge and offers a long-term success rate.
