My training has started 🏃🏼‍♂️

The Great North Run is in my sights, as people who know me, know that Iv never challenged myself with such a run, but here I am wanting to achieve this in memory of my mother in law.

Iv chosen The Great North Air Ambulance 🚑 as the charity to support . They rely on donations to keep them attending when they’re needed.

If you could help me to support them I would be very grateful 🙏

An early finish allowed me a 5k run 🏃🏼‍♂️ it was hot 🥵 but worth it . The mileage is stacking up nicely 👌

I’m breathing a sigh of relief after a trying few months at Acklam. We now have the roof fixed and the corner replaced and plastered this morning👌

Looking forward to the revamp now so our Acklam Clinic can look at its clinical best 👣

Thank you for all your understanding here , we hope you like the new changes about to occur 🙏

I’ll keep you posted, for now we just need to be patient to let the plaster dry and then we can progress forward 😁

Getting summer-ready, one toe at a time!

I spent a few hours yesterday with my good friend Julie who I trained with all those years ago. 😁

You may see her in clinic over the next few weeks as she prepares for shoulder surgery but is looking to spread her wings in Teesside. Always happy to help out to keep the best pods active 👣
