Happy World Menopause Day ๐
This year's theme is: The role of lifestyle medicine in menopausal health
The white paper discusses healthy eating, physically activity, mental wellbeing, avoidance of risky substances (such as alcohol), restorative sleep and healthy relationships - all having a positive affect on the difficult symptoms associated with menopause.
As a wellbeing coach and reiki practitioner, this is music to my ears - and its brilliant to see how these elements have been found to help women navigate menopause with resilience, autonomy and vitality.
