Do you know why many women with a long distance from the nose to the upper lip (philtrum) come specifically for lip filler?

When we hear “I want to remove skin tags”, most people think it’s just because:
👉 They catch on clothes
👉 They don’t look good in photos
👉 They rub and get sore

But in reality — there are often much deeper emotions behind this 👇

1. Feeling like the skin is “unclean” or not well-groomed.
2. A reminder of age, even if wrinkles haven’t appeared yet.

◾️Avoid perfumes, sprays, or harsh cosmetics near the zone
◾️Do not scratch or rub the treated skin
◾️Skip scrubs, sponges, or exfoliants until it’s healed
◾️Avoid sunbeds and direct sun (to prevent pigmentation)
◾️Do not apply makeup on the area for the first 24 hours
◾️Use only the aftercare cream/gel I’ll recommend for faster recovery

With proper care, the skin heals quickly and smoothly — and the tag is gone for good!

My name is Elena Chikerenda and I am the owner of a beauty salon Helena Cosmetics. I am an expericienced beautician and aesthetic practitioner who is fully qualified and insured in the UK. I have been working as a semi-permanent make up & beauty professional for more than 10 years. My aim is to enhance my customers’ natural beauty using semi-permanent make up. I only use the best quality natural ingredients and professional equipment. Semi-permanent & aesthetic techniques are constantly evolving and improving. For this reason I follow the latest industry trends and undertake continuous professional development through master class courses, exhibitions and conferences. My passion is to meet and exceed my customers’ expectations and leave a big smile on their beautiful faces when they see the results. As well as enhancing the natural beauty of my customers my inspiration is to feature their unique personality. I have Level II, III, IV beautician certificates and my services also include some other beauty procedures such as lash lift and lip fillers. I have a Medical background and had worked for many years as a paramedic, in variuous surgery departments and in general practices. I was a top practitioner and a couch for Long Time Liner brand in Moscow. I am always open to any questions so do not hesitate to ask me about my services, qualifications, materials and equipment I use. No question is awkward as I do not have taboo subjects and I am always ready to help.
