➡️Pharmacists can give advice and treatment for a range of minor illnesses.

Did you know that regular creative activity has been shown to reduce stress and anxiety, improve mood, support emotional regulation
and even benefit physical health for children and young people?
We see every day how closely mental and physical health are connected. That’s why we’re supporting the Make It Better campaign.
From doodling to dancing, coding to crafting – taking a few minutes to make something can help calm the mind and lift mood.
If you’re struggling, feeling overwhelmed, or supporting a young person who is, small creative moments can make a meaningful
difference.

Remember, you don’t have to be good at it. You just have to take part. 💛

Today marks the beginning of World Autism Acceptance Month 💛📣

We’d love for you to share photos of the people in your life who make you proud in the comments below* 🫶

Throughout April, we’ll be challenging common myths and misconceptions about autism. This year, we’re putting a FULL STOP to misinformation about autism and neurodiversity by joining Autism Alliance UK’s “What Acceptance Means to Me” campaign.

The campaign invites everyone to reflect on what true autism acceptance looks like—shining a light on the barriers autistic people still face, tackling misinformation, and celebrating how acceptance can transform lives.

**All pictures shared will be used in our Autism Acceptance highlights reel on social media to mark the end of the week. .

is more than a campaign, it’s a call to action.

It exists to raise awareness and remind us that ending domestic abuse and sexual violence is a shared responsibility. It takes us all - communities, friends, families and workplaces standing together to create real change.

Every voice matters. Every story deserves to be heard.
Every person deserves to live free from fear, harm, and violence.

This week, and every week, we stand with survivors. We listen. We learn. We act.

You can help by:
• Sharing this message to spread awareness
• Starting open, honest conversations
• Believing and supporting survivors
• Challenging harmful language and behaviors
• Educating yourself about the signs of abuse
• Donating to support our service https://givestar.io/ch/my-sisters-place
• Checking in on someone you’re worried about
• Teaching young people about respect and healthy relationships

Change starts with awareness, but it grows through action.

HERE WE GO AGAIN 👊

After the response to the first night, we’re bringing MATES NOT MADNESS back.

The room mattered.
The conversations mattered.
People showed up without armour — and that’s no small thing.

So if you missed the first one, or if you came and felt the benefit, the second meet-up is on:

🗓 Sunday 1st March
⏰ 7:00pm
📍 The Talpore

No drink required.
No pressure to talk.
Just people, conversation, and a bit of breathing space.

Big thanks again to The Talpore for backing this and opening the doors.

Sometimes mental health starts with something simple —
a seat, a brew, and a proper conversation.

See you Sunday.
