It is with great sadness that we announce the closure of our North Ormesby practice at the end of July. We have cherished serving this community for many years, providing high-quality eye care, and supporting your vision needs. Unfortunately, due to financial pressures, including increased costs, increased taxes and challenges with NHS payment systems, we must close this location.

All of your records have been transferred to our Thornaby branch, where we look forward to providing you with the same level of excellent care.

If you have any eye or spectacle emergencies please call us on our Thornaby Branch telephone on 01642 751048. We are also now on Whatsapp so please feel free to contact us via a message on the above number, too. We will deal with any issues via telephone or video call, if possible, whilst we can still arrange appointments face to face these will be restricted to the most imperative of cases, and only if we have the appropriate PPE available. Where applicable we can organise referral onward to Ophthalmology at James Cook, as well.
