Look at this toe split 😱.

Imagine the soreness every time pressure is applied. Just walking has become increasingly painful 😣.

Over time sock/slipper fluff has slowly worked its way in which will stop the healing process.

▪️Debris removed.
▪️Dead skin removed.
▪️High urea cream applied.
▪️Advice given.

Looking forward to the next appointment to see if any improvement 👣.

Toe Fissure 👣

Fissures are more common on heels and in between toes rather than on the ends. 🦶🏻

They usually happen in areas that are dry or put under a lot of pressure. Some maybe superficial with others being deep. As you can imagine they are painful and sore. 😖

Good morning,

My trusty drill has decided that it’s time to retire today.. great for the drill, not great for me 😢.

Longggggg thickened nails!!
This gentleman was super super sensitive, we slowly worked through his nails the best we could stopping regularly.
They are not as short as we would like but it’s a slow progress. I’m so proud of him allowing me to get to this point 👏🏼.

I’ll be back routinely, watch this space 👀 👣
