A little guide to get your feet
summer ready.. 👣 ☀️
Step 1. Soak - warm water for 15-20 minutes, add some Epsom salts, tea tree oil or dermatonics salts. Sit back and relax.
Step 2. Exfoliate - find an exfoliating scrub and gently massage it into your feet. Rinse off.
Step 3. File - rasp those dead skin cells away. Pressing gently onto hard skin areas. Pumice stone, foot file, electric foot file and my personal favourite a glass file.
Step 4. Moisturise - mostly importantly, get a foot-specific cream with urea, lactic acid or Shea butter, work it into your feet avoiding in between toes.
Do this once a week along with daily moisturising and wear 💯 cotton or bamboo socks.. and Voila smooooooth feet 👌🏼
