With our fully-equipped air conditioned gym, heated indoor pool, whirlpool bath, sauna/steam rooms & weekly Aqua fit class. Our team of instructors are on hand to provide you with expert advice that will help you achieve your goals.

We welcome you to come and work out in our fully-equipped air conditioned gym complete with cardio & resistance equipment, along with free weights.

Then unwind in our indoor heated pool, re energise your muscles in the whirlpool bath, rejuvenate in our Steam and Sauna or simply relax on one of our loungers.
