Gyms are designed for beginners as well as experienced members, and you can start at a level that suits you. If you’re new to the gym, take it at your own pace and focus on small, consistent progress. Everyone’s fitness journey starts somewhere.

Not sure how to use gym equipment? You’re not alone. Many people feel nervous when starting at a new gym, especially beginners. That’s why our gym staff and personal trainers are always available to show you how machines work and help you train safely. If you’re starting your fitness journey, take it at your own pace, ask questions, and build confidence step by step. Every gym member started somewhere, and consistency is what gets results.

Children’s Rules
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult (18+) at all times
1 adult to 2 children ratio
No Children under 8 permitted to use the Spa
No running/jumping/diving is permitted
Children must be 8 and over to use the sauna/steam rooms supervised by an adult
Children 8 and over are not permitted to enter the opposite s*x changing room
Children under 16 not permitted to use the gymnasium
