Real Transformation. Real Work. Real Results.

This transformation is a perfect example of what happens when structure, discipline, and consistency come together.

When we started, the goal wasn’t just to “lose a bit of weight” — it was to completely improve body composition, strength, and overall health. Like many people, he had trained before but didn’t have a clear system in place. Workouts lacked structure, nutrition wasn’t optimised, and progress had plateaued.

So we rebuilt everything from the ground up.

First, we focused on proper training structure. Every workout had a purpose. Progressive strength training formed the foundation — building muscle while increasing metabolism and improving overall athletic performance. Sessions were designed to maximise results while remaining sustainable long term.

Next came nutrition optimisation. No extreme diets, no gimmicks. Just smart, structured nutrition designed to fuel training while gradually reducing body fat. The focus was on consistency rather than restriction — building habits that could be maintained for life.

We also prioritised accountability and routine. This is the part many people overlook. Results don’t come from one perfect week — they come from months of showing up even when motivation dips.

Week by week the results began to compound.

Body fat started to drop.
Muscle definition improved.
Strength levels increased.
Energy and confidence went through the roof.

What you see in the after photo isn’t just weight loss — it’s a complete body recomposition. Leaner, stronger, healthier, and far more confident.

The most important thing to understand is that this wasn’t achieved through shortcuts or quick fixes. It came from education, structure, and consistent effort.

I honestly don’t care what it is.

I just believe everyone should have some form of movement a few times a week.

Not for abs.

🚨 Why cereal & toast every morning is quietly wrecking your health 🚨

This might surprise people, but eating cereal and toast every single day is one of the most normalised unhealthy habits in modern society.

Not because carbs are “bad” — but because of what happens when you repeat this pattern daily.

• Rapid blood-sugar spikes every morning
• Insulin surges followed by crashes
• Hunger returning within 1–2 hours
• Poor appetite control for the rest of the day
• Low protein → poor muscle health & recovery

This isn’t just a 3½ stone weight-loss transformation… this is Jack becoming the strongest, healthiest and most resilient version of himself.

Yes, he’s fitter than ever.
Yes he’s built serious muscle.

But Jack’s biggest victories this year have been the mental ones.

When Jack first came to me he was badly injured.
His back and hips were in a terrible place — he could hardly kick above knee height.
His posture was off, he was carrying excessive weight, and even a 30kg deadlift caused extreme pain… and he weighed 105kg at the time.

Fast forward to today:

From 105kg to 84kg! 🔥

The crazy thing is, weight loss was never the goal for Jack.

While focusing on learning martial arts and improving his overall fitness, Jack stayed consistent with his strength & conditioning through Evolve’s online coaching.

When we started, he had serious back and hip issues — he couldn’t even kick higher than hip height. After months of smart training and hard work, we’ve fixed those problems. He can now kick head height and has completely restored his posture. 💪🏼
