Love receiving messages from my clients to hear how they are getting on.
Just shows that even when we are dealing with such serious life changing issues we can still have a bit of a laugh whilst doing it ❤️

Nanny duties every Monday during the school holidays ❤️😃

Our day isn’t quite what we had planned as I’ve bruised the heel of my foot and am struggling to get around. My granddaughters happy though as it meant we could come to the play factory so she could play while I rested my foot.

Taking the time to plan the weeks meals.
Something I always recommend to my HypnoSlimmer clients as it makes the decisions around food more of a conscious process rather than just grabbing something and regretting your choices later.

It’s time to take a break to recharge my batteries.

For those of you that don’t know me personally my guilty pleasure is dancing in a field to house music 🙌🙌 I have always loved music and dancing so that’s what I spend most of my breaks doing 🎵🎼🎵🎼

Fear of heights…

What fear of heights ?

Following on from my post yesterday here is my client smashing it.

Sometimes we can just put up with a fear and learn to navigate life around it. Avoiding certain situations , but when it starts stopping us from doing things we really want to do there is help available to change the subconscious thoughts and feelings towards it.

Here’s the message my client sent, to say I’m thrilled for her that she’s been able to experience his with her children is an understatemen!!

I’m still buzzing and want to do it again 😂! I’ve walked across pretty high bridges over a gorge whilst here so think Clifford’s tower would be a walk in the park now 😁! but the last zip line we had to stand on a platform suspended off the mountain side, that freaked me a bit so I’m going to re do the tapping. It’s definitely helped with the fear though as no way would I’ve ever imagined doing zip lining, on the first line I nearly bottled it but did the butterfly tapping and kept saying the statement, then just knew I could do it and told the instructor I was ready. I’m going to work on it again once home and do it for lifts although I actually got in one this morning 😆! I was a bit nervous but did it ###
