I am a fully qualified infant massage instructor with the IAIM (International Association of Infant Massage). I teach classes of up to 8 mums/dads at a time and offer help and support throughout the course and also after. The baby massage is suitable from birth to 1 year old and is ideally suited from 6weeks to 6months. I am now also a fully qualified baby yoga instructor with Birthlight and teach mum and baby yoga 5 week courses. This is a great follow on course to baby massage and is ideally suited for babies from 12 weeks to crawling. This course is great fun for both mum and baby and shows how you can spend valuable time with your little one whilst you both exercise, play and also relax.
