In this treatment, the focus was on restoring foundational support to achieve a natural, balanced outcome. By carefully placing dermal filler within the piriform fossa, I was able to enhance structural support to the mid-face, which helps soften the appearance of the nasolabial fold and marionette region.

This was followed by precise, targeted placement of filler along the marionette line to further smooth and refine the crease, creating a seamless and rejuvenated contour.

The goal is always restoration—not alteration—working with your anatomy to achieve soft, natural-looking results.
