🌍 Today is World Parkinson’s Day

On 11 April 1817, James Parkinson published An Essay on the Shaking Palsy, identifying Parkinson’s as a medical condition for the first time. We mark his birthday each year with World Parkinson’s Day.

Today is about coming together, raising awareness, and building connections.
Most importantly, it’s a day for you — the Parkinson’s community.

👋 Meet our Engagement Team

We’re here to support the people you work with.
✅ Free blood pressure checks
✅ Clear information on what the results mean
✅ Cancer and diabetes champions

Most importantly, we want to listen.
People facing multiple barriers have vital experiences to share, and these voices help us understand the deepest inequalities in access and experience.

Let’s work together to make health support fairer for everyone. 💙
