🧡 Incredible news this World Mental Health Day 🧡
The OLLIE Foundation warmly welcomes the announcement that Prince William’s Royal Foundation will contribute £1 million to develop a National Su***de Prevention Network.
During a deeply moving visit, The Prince of Wales was visibly affected as he heard first-hand about the devastating impact of su***de, pausing during a conversation with Rhian Mannings, whose husband tragically took his own life.
Since her loss, Rhian has founded a bereavement charity to support others — and now, through this new initiative, her story and countless others will help shape change.
The Royal Foundation’s new National Su***de Prevention Network aims to transform su***de prevention across the UK, bringing together organisations and people with lived experience from all four home nations to work collectively to prevent su***de.
On World Mental Health Day, Prince William shared his vision to “build a bold, unified national response to the heart breaking and preventable tragedy of su***de.”

At The OLLIE Foundation, we stand firmly behind this commitment. A combined, national approach can help save lives, bring communities together, and ensure that everyone has access to the understanding, compassion, and support they deserve.
Together, we can make su***de prevention everybody’s business because One Life Lost Is Enough.
