Hey everyone, just to let you all know group will be on this weekend 5 pm until 8 pm!
This week we are going to have a little party and do some mini games if anybody wants to bring any snacks or board games you are more than welcome !
Sorry, I haven’t been posting. I’ve had some personal issues, but I’m so excited to see everyone at group this weekend. !
Also well done to all the new members that have joined recently you guys are smashing it !

Hello all,
Just to update you all on the challenge. After 4 days we've hit 1375 miles which is well ahead of schedule
Could we have a big push on sharing the fundraising poster and just giving page, whether your doing 1 mile or 1000 it all helps.
On the subject of raising awareness and money we will be having a celebration fundraising night at H***y Tonks Stockton (old storytellers) (massive thank you to ) on Friday 15th. The night will be from 5-9 so please bring along all the family for some music and raffles to hopefully celebrate reaching (or nearly) our target.
This event is for everyone, whether you've done 1 mile, shared the posters, supported someone or attended AMC. It would be great if we could get a strong AMC turn out and really showcase the amazing work the charity does.
Please let us know if you'd be able to attend...
And please continue to get those miles in, and letting as many people as we can to realise

Every Thursday at 10:30, Terry runs our Art and Soul sessions here at The Hope Foundation.

Terry has years of experience running support groups that help people feel stronger, more confident, and connected. He’s passionate about helping everyone realise their potential — and he’s well-loved for it.

The group has grown beautifully over the months, and it’s had a big impact on those who come along. One regular shared:
“It’s better than therapy!”

The group’s writing has even been published in the book Changing Futures South Tees, thanks to a visit from author Helen Aitchison — a proud moment for everyone involved.

As Terry says:
“The sense of pride and fulfilment shown by the group contributors in seeing some of their work published is absolutely priceless!”

Come along — it might just be the creative lift you didn’t know you needed. 💛
