Here at Claire Marron Therapy, I have been working with clients to support them in their goals since 2013.

Having been based in various locations across Teesside over the years, I now work almost exclusively online, meaning I can see clients all over the UK.

I am a qualified Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, Hypnotherapist, Hypnotherapy Supervisor, Advanced BWRT (Brainworking Recursive Therapy) Practitioner, and Hypnobirthing teacher.

Anxiety is living in the future or the past and this is a great tip,

What this does is bring us back into the present, into the here and now.

Simply by focusing just on the next 30 minutes, we can bring ourselves back to the here and now, and feel calmer.
By thinking of just the next 30 minutes, we can stop the mind running away with worrying thoughts - all the what ifs and to-do lists. Focusing on the next 30 minutes can help bring us back to the present moment.

This way we can break our day or to-do list down into small, manageable steps.
