Top tip for today and the week ahead- break things down into small manageable goals. Trying to do too much at once will only cause more stress.

Sometimes looking at the week ahead or even just the day can feel overwhelming, so by only focusing on what you need to do next, it can help make it more manageable.

I also specialise in Hypnotherapy for childbirth, providing classes and workshops in Teeside and surrounding areas.
