Friday 19th December 2025

Today we were delighted to welcome a very special visitor to our Clover Grotto ….Santa 🎅🏻

We exchanged Secret Santa gifts with our lovely members and staff, spreading lots of festive cheer. We enjoyed a Christmas quiz, followed by Christmas Bingo Bongo 🎶, which everybody loved, including Santa!

All members then visited our Clover Grotto to meet Santa, where they received a certificate and a gift, which they really enjoyed. We shared a delicious pizza lunch with dessert and spent the rest of the afternoon dancing to Christmas songs.

This year has truly been incredible, and we’ve all had a fantastic 12 months here at CLOVER.

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. ✨🎄

As the year nears to an end and Clover Group Educational and Social Hub closes its doors one last time for our amazing members, we would like to thank you all for your support throughout the year.

Clover Group has made some wonderful memories in 2025, and we cannot wait to open our doors again in 2026.

A decision has been made to close the service on Monday 22nd December and Tuesday 23rd December due to an increase in the winter virus currently circulating.

Clover Group’s last day of service will be today, Friday 19th December, and we will reopen on Monday 5th January.

There’s been a sharp rise in flu cases recently, and it’s spreading fast. To help protect our community of Clover Group, please stay at home if you’re feeling unwell or showing ANY flu-like symptoms.

🤒 Common symptoms include:
• Fever
• Cough
• Sore throat
• Body aches
• Fatigue
• Headache

If you’re sick, rest, recover, and avoid close contact with others to reduce the risk of spreading the flu. It might feel like “just a cold,” but for some people it can be very serious.

SAMS Centre is very different to a traditional Day Service. We offer far more than just somewhere to spend your day; we encourage you to learn more skills, gain more independence within the community and really live life to the fullest.

We support adults with a wide variety of abilities, it is important to us that you are given opportunities to help you succeed and live a fulfilled and independent life. We offer a choice of activities which make good use of local facilities and are also available in the evenings and weekends.
