Mobile earwax removal for this lovely elderly couple.
Husband is a hearing aid user. Unfortunately, hadn't had his ears checked for over two years due to no GP appointment availability. He felt hearing loss in both ears. After both ears were successfully cleaned, he could hear a lot better.
The wife thought she had one ear blocked. However, on examining with the otoscope, in fact both ears were blocked. It made such a difference to her hearing, she didn't realise how hard wax could have such a big impact on her hearing.
