A belated Happy New Year to everyone!

Sports massage/therapy appointments are available every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday here in Middleton. Mornings, daytimes and evenings are all catered for pending availability.

There is no price increase here, it's still £40 for 1 hour. 30 min appointments also available.

Other services offered including bike fit, kinesiology taping and cyle coaching (more on that later!).

Going away this autumn? We have 2x BikeBoxAlan Easy fit boxes for hire should you need. Minimal dismantling required - in most cases, just wheels and pedals off, that’s it!

£40/week.

Bike box hire - £40/week. We have 2x BikeBoxAlan Easy Fit boxes for hire. These are brilliant boxes! Minimal dismantling required, usually just pedals and wheels off, no need to twist/remove stem/handlebars. We also have the adapters to take an additional disc wheel if needed.
