Full Moon at the Mill with Tracy Baker 🌕

Tracy is an absolute superstar and not only runs a great red hot sauna but also creates a lovely space for people to connect and build community! 💚

She is an absolute asset to The Conscious Self Team!

Tracy also runs her own Forest Bathing, Foraging and wellness events that will soon be available on the website for you guys to enjoy!
