💛 Are you a Young Carer in Rochdale? You’re not alone. 💛

If you’re helping to look after someone maybe a parent, sibling, or family member with a disability, long-term illness, mental health need, or extra support you might be a young carer. Many young carers don’t realise they’re one because it often feels like “just helping out,” but your role matters and support is available.

At Carers’ Hub Rochdale, we’re here to support young carers with:
✨ Someone to talk to who understands you
✨ Help balancing caring with school, college, work or friendships
✨ Fun activities, groups & chances to meet other young carers
✨ Advice, information & tips to make caring feel more manageable
✨ Support planning for your future
Being a young carer can be rewarding but it can also feel overwhelming at times. You don’t have to do it on your own we’re here for you. 💛
