Free Wellbeing walks for all Canalside PCN patients.
For our next walk on the 4th February we will meet at The Hive Surgery.

Walks are approximately 2.5 -3 miles long. We stop for a brew/break at the end or middle of a walk.
Please allow 2 hours in total

The start of the year can feel like a lot, can’t it?
The last few months have likely been a whirlwind of shifting routines, social events, and extra sensory demands. If you’re feeling like you’ve been running on high gear, —we’d love to offer you a place to rest your legs, have a brew and a natter!

Whether you want to offload about the "whirlwind" months or just chat about your week, we’re here to listen.

Our first Coffee Morning of 2026 is almost here, and the kettle is already waiting!

It’s a drop-in, so don't worry if you’re running late or can only stay for ten minutes. Join us whenever you can!

Skin cancer can occur all year round not just in summer.

Make sure to check your skin for any changes like new marks on your skin which don’t go away after a few weeks or a mole that’s:
• changed size, shape or colour
• painful or itchy
• inflamed, bleeding or crusty

If you notice anything you are worried about, your GP wants to hear from you.

The chances are it won’t be skin cancer, but if it is finding it early can make all the difference.
