Hi girls.
What do we all do for exercise during these dark winter months? As you know, I’m a stand up paddle instructor so you’d like to think that I’m really fit and active but the truth is I’m heavier than I should be and my joints ache as well as having osteoarthritis.
So in the spring I’d love to emerge at the start of another paddle season leaner and stronger. As we all know, exercise in menopause is great for strength, losing weight, increasing flexibility and balance and of course releasing those feel-good endorphins.
What are your winter nutrition/exercise goals?
