Care Connect is a family business which has been providing home care to the Cheshire area for 26 years. We’re seeking caring and compassionate individuals who enjoy interacting with the elderly and assisting them with their daily routines. Applicants must be warm and friendly, with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude and a genuine passion for providing our clients with high quality care and support. The successful applicant will be motivated, well-organised and able to work both independently and part of a team. Hours are varied and we try to suit them to yours and our needs. Each day has the following shift patterns :
7am till 2pm, 3pm-6pm and 7pm -10.30pm.
We provide care to the following areas: Northwich, Middlewich, Holmes Chapel, and Congleton.
Responsibilities and duties
· Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as washing, dressing, eating and toileting.
· Perform light house keeping tasks, such as vacuuming and changing bed sheets.
· Assist in the safe lifting, transferring, re-positioning and movement of clients.
· Observe, monitor and record clients’ physical and emotional well-being, and promptly report any changes to the care co-ordinators.
Qualifications and skills
· Excellent interpersonal skills.
· Ability to understand and follow policies and procedures.
Pay rate and rewards;
-£11.50 per hour Weekday (7am- 6pm)
-£12 per hour Late Evenings (7pm- 10.30pm)
-£13 per hour Weekends

- £15 overtime rate on weekends.
