June has been a rough month for us here. After a close family bereavement which hit us hard and a quick family getaway to Sherwood Forest, I had my first ever gain since starting on plan in February. However we are back now and 100% on plan step 1b and recommitted to our weight loss journey. It’s a long road and there will always be obstacles for us to overcome and it’s not about how fast we get there.
