A few weeks ago we had to say goodbye to our beloved Jasper. He had undoubtedly had truly the best life and was much loved by us all, but at over 90 years old in human years it became clear that he was just ready to rest 💕
Over the years Jasper has featured on these pages and I have shared part of my animal life with all of you 🐱
I always question whether to post these kinds of posts and I don’t do it for any other reason than to show I truly practice what I tell my clients. If you are an “animal person” losing a treasured pet is like losing part of the family. Having lost his brother Arnie in 2023, I am really not sure it gets any easier…
But I know that we were lucky to have him and he was lucky to have us. George and Poppy have kept us laughing and smiling with their joint antics, and that has been wonderful 🥰
I found this fabulous quote from the late, great Paul O’Grady too. Also another animal person. This is so true!
If you are missing someone, animal or human, I am sending you my love and be gentle with yourself. Time does heal, but grief can’t be swept aside or avoided, it simply has to be done at your own pace ♥️
Love to all,
Karen X
