🌿✨ My Younger Self’s Human Experience ✨🌿

As a child, I always felt different.
I never quite fit in, and I was always consciously aware—of energy, emotions, and the subtle layers of life others didn’t seem to notice.

Back then, it felt isolating. But now, I understand that what made me feel separate was actually a gift. That deep sensitivity was guiding me toward my soul’s purpose.

Today, through my Energy Healing and Sound Healing, I help others who feel the same—those who carry the weight of awareness, who feel they don’t belong, who are ready to release, heal, and embrace their light. 💜

I am Gina Collins, the heart and soul behind Carpe Diem Holistic Therapy & Well-being. 💜
I am a healer, a guide, and a space holder for transformation.

I’ve walked alongside beautiful souls on their journey of healing and awakening—through massage therapy, hypnotherapy, Reiki energy healing, sound healing, crystal work, reflexology, spiritual coaching, group facilitator and more. 🌿✨

I weave energy, intuition, and light language into my sessions, helping you to release, realign, and rise into your highest self.

At my core, I am here to remind you that you are powerful, worthy, and capable of living with balance, joy, and peace. 🌸
