🌸 Allergy season is here, and that means it’s time to protect your eyes from the pollen! Here are some simple tips to help keep those itchy, watery eyes at bay:

1. Take antihistamines – They can help reduce allergy symptoms, including eye irritation.
2. Avoid rubbing your eyes – It can spread the pollen and cause more irritation.
3. Wear sunglasses – Go for oversized or wraparound styles when you’re outdoors to create an extra barrier for your eyes.
