Weโd like to welcome Alice to the AB team. She has been devoted to her passion for strength training for over a decade when she first stepped into a gymโand sheโs never looked back. Alice spent the last 8 years working in hospitality and completing a BSc in Forensic Psychology ๐ง She has developed a deep understanding of people, learning how to adapt to different personalities, needs, and challenges faced in modern day society. This adaptability now plays a key role in her approach to personal training ๐
With her own fitness journey facing hurdles along the way, she understands first hand that training is not always linear but with the right guidance and programming, strength training can truly change your life ๐
Now a qualified personal trainer, Alice is dedicated to helping others see that fitness doesnโt have to be complicated. With a coaching style centred around personal experience, evidence-based practice and realistic goal setting, she aims to empower others to improve strength not just in the gym, but to build confidence and resilience in all areas of life โ
