Starting with an orientation session tonight and then 8 weekly sessions on Tuesdays 6.30-8.45pm 22 Oct-10 Dec. You can still join the 8 week course next Tuesday if you miss the orientation.
Fee includes:
- 9 online weekly sessions
- A retreat day in person at Cowdray Hall 1 Dec or online
- Workbook covering all topics of the course and further resources

What an empowering journey this coaching diploma has been! From October 2022 to May 2024, I’ve spent a year and 9 months developing practical skills and theoretical understanding. Through countless webinars, live training, study sessions, writing and coaching practice, I’ve gained valuable tools for myself and others to create a meaningful, authentic and fulfilling life.

For the past 10 years, I’ve taught mindfulness through group and 1-1 courses. Now, I’m thrilled to add transformative coaching to my services; empowering people to develop a mindful, creative, meaningful, and fulfilling life.

Lovely end a busy week; walking around the pond, enjoying the ducks and geese with their little ones and then had tea and delicious cake with a friend and Rumi at the sunny terrace (yes it was sunny at that point!).

I love my work! It’s so rewarding to see my participants flourish throughout the course, and gradually embed mindfulness in all aspects of their lives.

Tomorrow’s session is week 5 of the 8 week course. Last week we explored stress, what happens to the body when stress becomes chronic, how to identify the warning signs and apply short practices to calm the nervous system, and stay grounded.

This week we are building on from last session, to recognise our habitual coping strategies (some of which are not always helpful!). To learn new practical skills to reduce stress and choose a better response.

If you are interested in joining the next course, in September, keep an eye, the dates will be announced soon :)

Ready and excited to start hosting this term’s 8 week mindfulness course today. Good timing to start on !

We can’t avoid life’s ups and downs but we can certainly learn tools and techniques to help us navigate life with more ease and skills, for our own benefit and to be at our best for others too.

Happy Earth Day 🌳🌺😊

There are so many beautiful things on our planet. Sometimes we may forget,
darkened by the news of the world
Saddened by people’s behaviours
Touched by their suffering.

Mindful walks in nature connect us
with who we truly are.
Gently sweeping away the veils of worrisome stories. Nature nourishes this part of us
that longs for beauty, love and joy.

She gives us everything we need,
if we take time to stop and notice,
If we take good care of her and appreciate
her many gifts.

Have a good week everyone with daily moments of Earth appreciation.
