We can offer a flexible shift schedule to suit your needs, including evening work (until 20.00hrs) and weekend work.

You will build and form relationships with your own client base and your care and support will be fundamental in allowing those to live independently in their own homes.

🌟 Care Coordinator Position Available! 🌟

We are looking to recruit a Care Coordinator to join our busy and friendly office in Midhurst!

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to; scheduling rotas to ensure clients and carers needs are met, maintaining accurate and detailed records, communicating with clients and colleagues regarding their visits and supporting new clients whilst working their visits into the schedule.

You may be required to go out on client visits therefore experience in care work of some form is essential.

Hours may be negotiable for the right person. Weekend work is also an option if care work is incorporated.
