Join Sam Moor at Cowdray Hall on August 10th for a session of Qigong.
Qigong is an ancient Chinese mind–body practice used to build and improve physical aptitude, resilience, mental clarity, self-awareness and longevity.
During this workshop we will learn and practice the three essentials of Qigong:
~ Opening exercises to mobilise the joints and release blockages in the soft tissue, fascia and channels.
~ Standing practice to build Qi, fortify skeletal alignment, develop correct breathing and whole-body cohesion.
~ A selection of classic Qigong movements.
