After working In Mental Health Services and the Drug Dependency Field, I began in Private Practice. I have been practicing in the private sector since 2005 working as a Chartered Counselling Psychologist with many people helping with a wide variety of issues. My special interest lies in the field of Energy Psychology and I integrate this into the therapeutic counselling work to enable change and h

ealing at a deep level and in a short space of time. Working with the body's energy systems and the sub-conscious mind helps the mind, body and spirit to be in congruence, working together towards the same goal. If the old sub-conscious patterns and conditioning are going against the new desired outcome, then actual change can feel very difficult. It was my personal healing journey that led me into the field of mindfulness, energy psychology, healing and neuroplasticity. Having experienced working on myself and healing from 'an incurable' auto-immune disease, I know what is possible! While there is always more to learn, I love my work and am passionate about helping to facilitate people along their journey through life. Your body, mind and spirit holds all of the answers that you need in order to heal your life and move into flow. Energy Psychology and Energy Healing gently help you to access this information, then if you are ready and willing, change is possible. If you feel a little stuck and think that I can be of help to you.. We are powerful creators and together we can create Heaven On Mother Earth. A place called HOME, a place where we Belong.

I've now booked in the last Friday of each month to open sacred space and invite you in to breathe and move through your chakras for a whole mind, body, spirit work out.

The 28th, next Friday falls on the new moon and a 7 planet alignment so will be a super day for connection with ourselves and All That we Are allowing release, realignment and renewal.

There will be time afterward to rest and integrate.

Come along if you're local, bring friends - we are moving through this shift in energy and consciousness together.

Everyone says they feel better when they leave than when we came and I think after the last few years... we're finally coming out of hibernation! Would love to build this as beautiful, empowering and liberating monthly connection. 🌙✨💛
