We have had a wintery FLURRY of people with neck and shoulder pain.

Why?
Mainly this has related to poor postural habits.
PLUS the cold damp weather AND less movement, more sitting.

Here is a FREE tip for you all:

🌟 have a physical, audible or visual cue to help remind you to adjust / correct our posture or simply move.

1. Set a timer on your phone to go off every 15 minutes. Move / adjust / stretch / stand up.

2. Ensure your computer screen, chair and desk are set up when you are in the best possible position / posture. That way you can recognise when you have “slumped”.
The same goes for driving - setting up mirrors etc...

3. In an office environment, involve your colleagues and help each other. Team posture!

2026 is up and running with this session. Some powerful leg, glut and trunk work to push you hard.

This session continues to build Glut strength and lateral and rotational strength and control, adding weight and stronger bands to keep you pushing and building to your peak.
