We’re Divine HomeCare Solutions – a small, family-run care provider rated GOOD by the CQC and proud to support amazing people across Somerset.

We’re growing our Supported Living services and looking for kind, down-to-earth people to join our team as Support Workers. You’ll be helping adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism and other needs live as independently and confidently as possible.

If you’ve got a year’s experience in care and want to work somewhere that actually values your time and effort – keep reading.

✨ What you’ll get from us:
✅ £12.82 per hour to start
✅ 50p per mile mileage + travel time paid for every minute you're on the road
✅ £500 refer-a-friend bonus
✅ Fully funded training – RQF/NVQ 2-5, plus Train the Trainer options
✅ Proper career progression: Senior Support Worker, Team Leader etc
✅ Annual Gala Night (we love a good party!)
✅ 24/7 support – you’re never on your own
✅ Four weeks' rota in advance, with alternate weekends
✅ Mental health & wellbeing support 24/7

👣 What the role involves:

1-to-1 support for adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism

Encouraging independence and building life skills

Helping with daily routines, going out into the community, and having a good time!

Staying in touch with families and other professionals

Being part of a genuinely caring, fun and values-driven team

💛 We’re looking for someone who is:

Kind, patient and resilient

Able to commute reliably around Radstock, Frome & surrounding areas

Comfortable working flexibly and helping people lead active lives

Experienced (at least 1 year in care)

A full UK driving licence holder

Over the past few days, our expanding team has completed training in Medication Management, Basic Life Support, and Positive Behaviour Support which includes De-escalation Techniques and Physical Intervention. 💊💉👏 A big thank you to Divine Training Academy for delivering such excellent sessions that promote continuous learning and development for our staff. 🙌📚✨
