Yesterday I had a red light therapy facial next door with my friend & neighbour Caroline from Holos.

My conditions cause me to have nerve pain in my face which can be excruciating. I'm always willing to try new things to see if it helps my symptoms as well as improving my skin.

This facial combines skin care with deep tissue massage of the shoulders, neck, chest & face. Then you spend time under the red light therapy lamp.

You can clearly see the difference it's made comparing my photos. I've no make up on whatsoever.

Have to say I really enjoyed it & will definitely book another. Here's my before, after & next day photos.
