Hello 👋 ANNOUNCEMENT 📢 ⬇️

Just a note to say I’m hanging up my apron strings for a while and will no longer be offering ready meals, the nutrition side of the business Healthaspire and Unwind Retreats are both so full on I’ve decided to concentrate on those for the time being.

The lovely team Taste of Haven are going to offering a ready meal service from the end of the month so look out for menus coming soon!

I always have ideas up my sleeve and I I’m sure you’ll see some pop up events in the future.

This is how they make sun-dried tomatoes in southern Italy. There are screens under them, and when they are laid out they are covered with a screen to prevent pests. No spray, no chemicals, No sulfur, just sun.
