In group this week we’re celebrating our Greatest Losers 2026 ❤️❤️❤️ xx this is the gorgeous Ann from my Milford Group! Ann sets her goals and smashes them every time! ❤️❤️ today Ann is 5 STONE and 4lbs lighter! And what a difference that has made to her life ❤️❤️

Ann stays to group each week shares fabulous ideas and is such an inspiration to us all ❤️xx

On the anniversary of her passing, we remember our beloved founder Margaret Miles Bramwell OBE. Her vision, compassion and understanding touched the hearts and changed the lives of millions of people, and her legacy continues to inspire us all ❤️.

After a tough trip to Disneyland Paris that left her feeling embarrassed, self-conscious and anything but magical, Poppie decided enough was enough.
