HYDRATION 💧
☀️ In this heat 🥵 make sure you hydrate properly, here’s how to make a natural electrolyte drink 👇
Serves: 1
Ingredients
• 300–400ml cold water
• Juice of ½ lemon or lime
• Pinch of sea salt
• 1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional, supports sodium–glucose absorption)
Method
• Add the citrus juice to the water
• Stir in the sea salt until fully dissolved
• Add honey if using and mix well
• Chill or serve over ice
