With temperatures rising and extreme weather events like heatwaves occurring more frequently, we would like to hear from you about how climate change is affecting people with epilepsy.
Does hot weather trigger more frequent or severe seizures?
Are your living conditions making the heat harder to manage?
How does the heat affect your wellbeing—and how do you cope?
Professor Sanjay Sisodiya, who is leading research into how climate change affects people with epilepsy, has created a survey which takes approximately 10-15 minutes to complete. Your answers will be invaluable in building a clearer picture of what people with epilepsy face during extreme weather and will help guide efforts to improve safety during adverse weather events and ensure you have the best possible seizure control.

How is any business, health service, public sector or individual suppose to get to work if this keeps happening.
If centralisation and moving key services to Carmarthen & Swansea is the way it’s going to be - how are the essential workers suppose to get there.
Most nursing shifts start at 7/7.30am - this first train is the main artery and yet it regularly gets cancelled from Milford/ Haverfordwest.
If someone comments use the car …. Most nhs staff can’t afford to run a car the 64miles a day , 5 days a week.
Some hard working nurse wants to clock off but she can’t ’cause her colleague is stuck on a platform waiting an hour and a half for the next train !
Come on guys; get the infrustructure working.
